I'm very confused by what this question is asking:

Suppose you are interested in estimating the average number of miles per gallon of gasoline your car can get. You calculate the miles per gallon for each of the next 9 times you fill the tank. Suppose, in truth, the values for your car are bell-shaped, with a mean of 25 miles per gallon and a standard deviation of 1. Draw a picture similar to Figure 19.3 of the possible sample means you are likely to get based on your sample of 9 observations. (Include the intervals into which 68%, 95%, and almost all of the potential sample means will fall.)

We just learned about the rule for sample means in class but I'm not sure if it applies here because it is only 1 car performing the experiment 9 times. The next question asks what the picture would look like if you collect 100 measurements instead of 9. Should it make a difference since it is only one car doing this? And should the picture be a frequency chart or a histogram?

Where can I find the Giants vs the Redskins online for free? Please only give me secure sites (I don't feel like going through 5 hours of restoring my computer to watch a 3 hour game). I prefer a site that I don't have to download anything or register to use.

It was just reported that the Marlins signed Jose Reyes. They also signed Heath Bell, another Type-A free agent at the beginning of the week. With both players being Type-A free agents, who gets the Marlins 1st round pick, and who gets the second? (I heard something about a team not having to lose their first round pick if it is a top 15 pick. Is this true? How does this effect who gets who?)
