  • Hearing your thoughts?

    I understand most people hear their thoughts as an internal monologue in their head, but I hear mine as a voice from across the room. I don't hear any other voices, see things, or anything else like that, so I don't believe I have mental illness. I want to know if there is a name for this, or if anyone has ever heard of this before, or does this themselves.
