According to many sources I have read recently, virgin, cold pressed coconut oil seems to be a fairly healthy option. Apparently studies show that eating 2-3 table spoons a day will promote weight loss, and people have seen a loss in waist size in 1-6 weeks. I have even read from many sources that it will promote "good" cholesterol while have little to no effect on "bad" cholesterol. However, it is loaded with saturated fats, which are supposedly considered "bad" fats. So, my question is, is this actually a healthy option for overall health, and fat burning, while promoting muscle growth?

I was looking at this site today, and they have a large selection of snapback hats. I was just wondering if anyone has ever used it or if anybody if it is trusted or not.

After comparing labels on the 2 it seemed as if the nutritional information wasnt all that different.

I have seen parts of this documentary before but I was wondering if there is anywhere online I can watch it, since the tenth inning is premiering on the 28th.

I coach an elementary school baseball team. The baseball is not very competitive. Last year I found great score sheets that on top keep track of the score by inning and the rest of the page is a drawing of a baseball field with a list for 5 innings on each position. I would like to know where I can get these again. They are perfect for keeping track of how many innings the kids have played as this is a fair play tournament. If anybody knows anything about these or where to find them it would be greatly appreciated.

Can you put it through windows media center or anything like that and watch it through a network?

I was wondering because this would be cheaper than getting MLB Extra Innings.
