8 AnswersMathematics8 years agoBest source for finding scholarships?
My gpa is not very high, only a 3.0. I have no outstanding talents such as being a musician or sports star.
I've heard of people winning scholarships through essay contests and things similar to that...? I've tried several sites but they were all bunk and seemed primarily concerned with sending me surveys / advertisements through email.
2 AnswersFinancial Aid8 years agoDo you think that it's possible to store human memories externally?
In the way that I can take information off of a computer and store it in a usb stick and then transfer it, for example.
I ask because I plan on living forever, so I figured I would have to figure out how to store all of my cognitive functions and consciousness externally, then I'd find a young person that fits the criteria of what I'm looking for, capture him unconscious, remove his consciousness and memories and implant my own.
And whenever I near my death bed, I'd simply repeat the process. So do you think it's by any means actually possible?

I'm a college student and I want to begin investing. I bought several books on the subject but I'm just wondering how difficult is it to learn, and how long does it take to be able to adequately navigate it?
6 AnswersInvesting9 years agoHow long does it take to get good at the piano?
I'm a begginner and I've been playing for about 6 months. I've been teaching myself with a combination of youtube videos and a book on reading music/music theory.
Now I've taken moderately difficult songs and managed to learn and play them well just by watching the keys being hit. So I think I can figure things out a bit faster than usual. But in general how long does it take to become good at it? Not AMAZING or Phenomenal. Just solid at it.
I'm taking a beginners piano course next semester. But aside from that what should I be doing to progress faster?
