I love the tv show Live PD, if you’re anything like me, you grew up watching old episodes & reruns of COPS. They always seemed older & outdated. Has anyone ever seen, or remember when an episode of cops was new & came on that night? Was it as recent as Live PD & the police shows that are on nowadays? I noticed that even on the shows that are not live, a lot of the suspects are still awaiting their trials due to how recent the incident was. Was it “fresh footage” back then when a new episode came out too? And was it as popular back then when it would air, as Live PD is now?

I contacted amazon through the chat, and also through phone. They are denying making any changes to the prime membership or the 2 day shipping. I order from Amazon all the time. 10 days ago I ordered something and got the product 2 days later. As of November 1st, the earliest I can get a product is 8-15 days away. It gives me the option to PAY for ONE day shipping, and I can get it a whopping 7 days later. I live in Maryland if this makes a difference. I say this because the ONLY response I get from them is “We haven’t changed anything, sometimes the fulfillment centers get backed up or have issues, maybe there’s something going on with usps or whoever but it’s not us and it’s not on our end, millions of users still getting 2 day shipping in their areas blablabla.” It confuses me because I always got 2 day shipping, and never a day late. Why all of a sudden now?

I am on a medication that can interact with your potassium levels, eating a banana is fine but it was advised for me NOT to consume any multi vitamins that contain potassium. If not a multi-vitamin, any recommendations for some sort of “all in one” (minus potassium) smoothie/juice/shake I can make that would be comparable to a multi-vitamin?
