I have a question about my license plate and my registration, so I bought a pre-used car on October 2,2015 and I received my license plate November 10. I got pull over last night because my headlight on the left passenger area was not on, anyway I gave my registration to the officer, they said it s not updated. The place where I bought the car they said they will cover anything so i felt relieved but since this incident happened,do I have to go to the licensing department about this?

How to write a letter of invitation??? for philippine tourist visa?

my gf lives in ukraine and i live in america..she wants to go to philippines with me, so i decided to apply for dual citizenship, got approved and got my certificate and philippine passport(officially filipino and american citizen)..now my problem is i don't know how to write a "letter of invitation"?? should i write my U.S. adress also including my family address in the philippines? i know i have to send a copy of philipine passport too, do i have to send my copy of U.S. passport to her?

I am a Filipino descent..my question is i just got my dual citizenship(Filipino) i have a girlfriend from Ukraine,she needs an invitation from me i will send that, but i only have U.S. passport and my old philippine passport is about to expired in August 28 2013..it says on the requirement she needs a copy of passport from me..can I just send her a copy of my philippine naturalization certificate and copy of my U.S. passport? we are planning to meet on March 2014..she lives in Ukraine and i live in United States, please help me :) thank you in advance
