It's a 2001 Hyundai Elantra 2.0. I was getting a p0302 and a p0507 code check engine. I replaced the intake manifold gasket, the throttle position sensor, and the iac valve. p0302 went away, but still had p0507. I cleaned the throttle plate and then the check engine light went off. I jumped for joy, drove around for an hour, and the light stayed off. I started the car this morning and the light is back on. Any thoughts?

My wife and I put a deposit down on a new apartment on Tuesday. This was required to get approved for the apartment for a July 1st rental. On the signed application it says that the deposit is only refundable if we get denied. The renter approved us, but said he needed us to sign a lease to starting June 15th and not July 1st. At this time informed us that we needed to pay the full first months rent by the end of this week aslo (may 22nd) for a June 15th move in date. We don't have the money available to us at this time. While I was at work today my wife asked that the deposit be refunded and she was informed that if we don't sign the lease our deposit will be forfeited. After hearing that she called the bank and placed a stop payment on the check. I just got home and now I'm scared. Any thoughts on the legality of both parties actions would be appreciated.
