why does my font keep changing to a larger size as i'm writing my emails?
My font starts at the size i have set it(medium),but as i write the email ,it gradually moves to large and then x large.When i key in the font symbol at the bottom of the email,it shows the "tick" has moved to the xlarge font.I can reset it ,but it moves again.How can i prevent this from happening?

i think there is something called "SNIPPETS" which can be used to create a "box" around sections of a webpage that you want to save.
How do i access and use it please?
