where is my "snippets" tool and how do i use it to "box" and save sections of a webpage?
i think there is something called "SNIPPETS" which can be used to create a "box" around sections of a webpage that you want to save.
How do i access and use it please?

Click start and search for "snipping tool"
or
click start--> all programs --> accessories --> snipping tool
