I am so Frustrated...any ideas?!?!?
okay so im 5'4" and i weight 110 pounds
My weight problem area is my hips and tummy. I do at most 10 minutes of crunches everyday, swim for over an hour and I am on a healthy diet...only fruits, vegetables, eggs, etc..
I dont drink soda ever and i dont eat anything thats sugary or fattening.
i do squats and push ups and leg lifts and....everything!
How much time will it take me to lose some weight or get to my goal weight which is 100-105 pounds?
i just want to look like everyone else.
Ive been doing this for about 2 or 3 months now and im getting really frustrated and depressed because everyone else has that perfect summer body and ive been working so hard and i dont feel like anything has happened...
i want that perfect body sooo badly and i dont know what im doing wrong.
what should i do?
