I don't want any silly answers please.

Well basically I've always been a quiet and reserved person in general. But As I've grown older I've become anxious in social situations and now it is to the point I feel anxious just to answer a question, or the telephone.I grow pessimistic of social situations more and more. I know it sound stupid but it is true. And now I feel it it getting worse. Does anyone else go through this? Any advice please? Thank you.

Well, I go to a college and one of my friends has started to act weird. She has stared to talk to herself, come out with random outburst of accusations which don't make any sense, for example " Stop talk about me!" even if everyone is silent. She is skipping lessons, whilst wondering around. She shouts at people randomly, and her strange behaviour is growing worse. Me and other friends of hers are seriously worried and any advice could be helpful.And if these are symptoms of anything could you let me know? Thanks.

Ever since I was young I've had problems with maths. Always identified as a struggling student and even with tutors and extra hours of maths, in my final year I got an F. Now I'm in Sixth Form and I want to go to university in future but they said I probably can't re-take because of my low grade.

So what should I do? Plus is there a problem with me because I honestly don't get maths at all, even the simplest things and it makes me feel stupid when I could do other subjects and get A's and B's but then get an F in this subject.
