Just a happy, healthy, SINGLE Conservative Guy, enjoying life and working hard to finance it! When I'm not out in my RV seeing the amber waves or out on my boat looking for Conservative Women in Bikinis, I'm enjoying my NY Giants or BoSox! I'm VERY pro Second Amendment and why wouldn't I be? I sell GUNS!
Why was the Media suppressing Cindy Sheehan before the debate?
Is not Nobel Peace Prize winning President Obama a WARMONGER!?
Why isn't the press breathlessly covering her every word like they did under Bush, if there is no bias?
3 AnswersPolitics9 years agoHas Fluke jumped the shark?
Seems that the "War on Women"'s chief warrior had only 10 people show up, which begs the question, if no one comes, why does she need contraception?
2 AnswersPolitics9 years agoA what point do we need to worry about the National Debt?
It is currently $16 Trillion under the Obama Administration.
It was $11 Trillion under Bush.
For those who think this is not a problem, or that this type of spending is sustainable,
please explain.
6 AnswersGovernment9 years agoIf President Obama visited Iran, would he be arrested?
Youcef Nadarkhani, faces a death sentence for charges of apostasy and refusing to recant his Christian faith. Since Obama lived in Indonesia as a child and attended a Muslim school, would Iranian Authorities believe him and CNN, or would they ignorantly believe that he attended a Madrassa?
5 AnswersPolitics9 years agoCan I hook an B&G pump to a 400W inverter?
The power is out and it is going below freezing and I do not want my baseboard hot water pipes to freeze. I have a battery powered 400W inverter which has a 40A fuse, BUT the B&G circulator pump is 92W at 80A. Seeing the amp difference, I am not inclined to hook it up. Am I wrong?
1 AnswerDo It Yourself (DIY)10 years agoWhich behavior is more abhorrent: Congressman Weiner's or his apologists?
The Congressman seemed really sorry that he got caught and appeared to feel horrible about family and friends that he hurt, at least during his press conference. But he did not seem to think that his actions were "excusable", so why would anyone else? Can the apologists explain to me why he did apologize if it is "no big deal."
5 AnswersPolitics10 years agoWinning the Nobel Prize for doing NOTHING?
What kind of example is the President setting for impressionable children? He has not had enough time to fix "everything Bush did wrong" but he has done enough to win this FORMERLY prestigious prize?
Should the President decline this award so that it could possibly be awarded to someone who actually deserves it, or at least Al Gore again since the damage has already been done?
7 AnswersInternational Organizations1 decade agoWho else would like to Commend the IOC on their sound judgment?
Do you believe that they made the right choice choosing Rio and not to be influenced by U.S. Barrogance or star power?
4 AnswersInternational Organizations1 decade agoWhy is there a Federal Gag Order On Health Provider Humana Inc.?
Isn't a violation of the 1st Amendment for CMS (the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) to prevent Humana Inc. from informing it's clients how the President's proposed "health reforms" may adversely affect them?
I mean, why would they want to know that Democratic Sen. Max Baucus of Montana, chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, has proposed Medicare Advantage cuts that are estimated at $123 billion over 10 years as part of his health overhaul legislation. Maybe that's why the investigation and gag order came at the urging of the aforementioned Sen. Max Baucus?
3 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoThe absolute best example of Liberal Double Standards?
It would appear that Massachusetts has once again succeeded in changing the law regarding who chooses replacement U.S. Senators.
In 2004, the legislature changed the law from the Governor choosing the replacement (then Mitt Romney (R)), to a general election in anticipation of Senator John Kerry (D) winning the Presidential Election, HAHAHAHAHAHA!
And now, the have changed it back so that Governor Gov. Deval Patrick (D) can choose Ted Kennedy's replacement.
Judging this action on it's own merits, how is it not hypocrisy to let Democrat Governors choose Senate replacements but not Republican ones?
14 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoThe President said he heard us tonight?
The question is, is he listening to anyone who can not call him a liar to his face, i.e. anyone who does not agree with him?
Was I mistaken that he demonized EVERYONE who does not?
2 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoWhich President reacted better?
George W. Bush to Code Pink
or
Barack Obama being called a "liar" by Rep. Joe Wilson of SC?
2 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoDid President Obama miss the biggest Health Care cost?
I did not hear him say that he would eliminate $300,000.00 a year Health Care bureaucrats like his wife, who did NOTHING to reduce costs.
If I'm wrong, why hasn't the hospital replaced her? Were her skills unique, or isn't the hospital willing to overpay another person unless they are married to the media's darling?
1 AnswerGovernment1 decade agoNJ Political Scandal, why biased coverage?
From the breaking news in NJ:
NEWARK -- Federal authorities arrested dozens of people today in New York and New Jersey as part of a money laundering and corruption sweep. Those arrested included several New Jersey public officials and rabbis.
Of those mentioned, only one, Assemblyman Daniel Van Pelt (R-Ocean), is named by party in all the stories except the Wall Street Journal Online. Why is that? Do the Democrats and their stooges in the media have something to hide?
6 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoIs calling the President a Fascist a good idea?
Please have a look at this video link (with enhancements) of an interview between Howard Dean and Keith Obermann and tell me where Obermann stands on this issue. I'm not sure myself.
19 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoConservatives and Liberals working together?
I ask this because President Reagan (a Conservative) and Speaker of the House Tip O' Neal (a Liberal) had a great working relationship and although there was not a lot they agreed, they had a cordial work relationship. Can that ever be again?
Reagan did win by electoral college landslides and had a mandate. Was Tip O' Neal a "bad" Democrat for not obstructing like Nancy Pelosi did toward President Bush?
3 AnswersGovernment1 decade agoDemocrats, please describe your core values and beliefs?
Here's the catch. I'm looking for answers from Democrats would be considered or consider themselves Progressive or Liberal.
No Blues Dogs or Republicans please.
Also, core beliefs and values have NOTHING to do with criticism or blame, so an honest thoughtful answer by a Liberal/Progressive Democrat will get the "Best Answer" from this Conservative!
6 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoObama defenders, why can he do what he criticized Bush for?
What are the "talking point" rationals for the following:
Signing Statements
Earmarks
Transparency
Lobbyists
If you have not got your "talking points" yet, I'll understand.
8 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoSince Obama in 50 days+ has become the King of Double Standards...?
Will he have a water board installed in the White House pool?
5 AnswersGovernment1 decade ago$5 Million Earmark for Sugar Beet Research!?
Senators Levin (D) and Stabenow (D) of Michigan decided that it would be prudent to add this to Omnibus Appropriations bill designed to keep the U.S. Government running. Is this last minute blackmail? Just to be fair, Senator Bennett (R) of Utah is asking for $4.4 Million for Agriculture. Research. What would you like to say to these "porkers"? If you would like a more direct approach, see below! The link has all the "Porkers" in the Omnibus Appropriations Bill, Republicans included.
