I was an unwitting victim in a medical study in 1999.?
I sued, the judge dismissed the hospital, we settled with the doctor, under duress for $100,000 to save our home. One year later I became disabled, due to the crime and my husband had an emotionally breakdown. This was not enough to cover 10 years unemployment and we lost everything. Do I have any recourse?
