My boyfriend is turning 20 next week and I have no idea what to get him. He doesn't drink, doesn't smoke, doesn't play poker or anything like the traditional man would do. He is quite quiet and is into trains. Of course, the obvious would be to buy him something train related but it is more difficult than you'd think. I am running out of ideas. For previous birthdays, christmases and anniversaries, I've bought him personalised gifts, soppy things like LOVE ornaments, pictures of us, I've done a drawing of his favourite train, done a love collage, bought him things for his model railway...I'm running out of ideas :( He is quite difficult to buy for...if he needs something, he buys it straight away so there is nothing i can buy him. I'm taking him out for a meal but that's about as far as it's got so far. I've only got half the day with him because I'm at college. Sorry for the essay, any help would be much appreciated!!

I got my helix pierced today and since I've had it done, it won't stop bleeding! I have 15 piercings, including another helix on the other ear and I haven't had any problems with bleeding. The piercer was a professional and is the same one i go to for all of my piercings. I've cleaned it several times with salt water and have put pressure on it. Everytime I wipe the dry blood off, it bleeds again. I left the dry blood on for a while and see if that worked, but it still bled. It is also quite painful and stings if I try to move it. I understand that it is a new, open wound so is bound to be painful, but 15 piercings and ive never had a problem. Any advice would be much appreciated!

I dont want any of the "yes, 100%" crap, I'd like different possibilities! But I'm getting worried. I've been on the implant for 4-5 months and I've been sexually active for 3 months. He never ejaculates inside me however I've been getting worrying symptoms. My breasts seem larger and my nipples are so tender. Around my nipples have increased in size and are darker. My nipples are almost always hard now too. I've been feeling sick, getting stomach cramps, drinking and urinating more and I haven't spotted for over 6 weeks (2 weeks late). I've been feeling more hungry too. Please help, any advice is appreciated!

I'm not sure what's wrong with me, it could be anything but I didn't sleep at all last night. Whenever I turned over, my stomach really hurt and I felt sick. For the whole night I was feeling very light headed and could hardly move as it made my stomach uneasy. I woke up this morning and it seemed quite cold, I'm only wearing a vest top with pj bottoms but I woke up in a cold sweat. I sat up on the edge of my bed and felt very faint, I went to the toilet and was sick. I don't know if anyone is good in the medical side of things? I also don't know if any of this info would help? I didn't eat or drink very much yesterday but in the evening, I had a large meal with a class of coke. I thought that was the cause of me feeling unwell but surely I would've felt it yesterday evening? I am also sexually active as of 3 weeks ago but I have the contraceptive implant and he never ejaculates inside of me. I was worried that I may be pregnant too. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!

I'm 16 years old and have 34DD/E breasts. They aren't saggy as such, but they're not as plump and perky as most of my friends. I wear supportive bras, balcony bras and t-shirt bras but they don't seem to help. I don't want surgery, but I'd prefer them to sit up better...can anyone help?

I've had a mixture of sharp and blunt pain in my abdominal for the past 3 days. I've also been feeling very sick. I'm not due on my period for another two weeks, so it can't be that. Whenever I get stomach pain, I suffer really bad from it. I have a very high pain tolerance but when it comes to stomach pain, I will cry over it. I don't want to go to the doctors yet, so please can someone give me an idea on what it could be? Thanks

I'm a 15 year old female and really want a memorial tattoo for my Dad. Can I get a tattoo in a shop at 16 with parental consent? If so, where? I live in Plymouth, UK. It's my 16th birthday in just over 3 months but I have no idea what to do. I don't want anything massive like a sweet 16 party but i don't want anything tiny. I normally just have a few friends sleep round and go for a meal. But what could I do that's more than just that but not too big? I'm very fussy haha
