I've been tring to lose weight. I feel like whats stopping me from my goal is my morning coffee. I use 1% milk or almond milk and regular sugar. I have about 3-4 cups a day.

Would it be fine to use artificial sugar just in my coffee?

My daughter just turned one Sunday her Grandparents left on vacation last month and wont be back till end of January or early February will she remember them? She was very close to them and would seem them EVERYDAY?

my treadmill stops in the middle of a workout not the mode or anything just the belt i googled it and it said the problem was most likely that the treadmill need s lubricant however some sites say not all treadmills need lubricant so any who how do i know my treadmill is the ''type'' that need lubricant?

I had about 2 glasses of wine earlier about 2 hours ago I feel fine now I'm not e en buzzingI wna hit the gym with a friend but my hubby is telling not to go because it's bad to drink and exercise? Is this true? Even with wine?

shes 4 months almost 5 months i have been tring to introduce foods to her and she will not eat she spits it out or throws it up. Is this normal? My first baby wast eating by now. I know all babies are different but when did your baby start baby cereal or foods?

she literally falls to the ground and says "mommy my knees hurt" are these just growing pains? when i took her to the doctor all she said was that it was probably just her shoes! however i don't think my daughter wound be falling down screaming her knees hurt waking up in the middle of the night screaming it hurts it hurts i just don't know what to do ;(

Do I need to go to the hospital? It goes down to normal after I take tylenol but after the 6 hours it goes back up
