I have worked in the optical field for 10 of the last 13 years. I mostly worked selling eyeglasses and fitting contact lenses. I also filled in as an optometric/ophthalmic technician for 5 of my 10 years in the optical field. 4 as an optometric assistant and one as an ophthalmic assistant. I am currently in nursing school hoping to work as an ER or maternity nurse in the next two years. I do not answer questions unless it is something I know, have researched, have been told by a professional or have personally experienced and feel I am knowledgeable about. Needless to say, my advice is free so you're getting what you pay for, lol.
