I am trying to make a Sky Map specially for Indians. I have been taking wide-Field Astro photographs (staringjaring.blogger.com)
I wanted to find the best use Google's or some other App(Data) n use my own Map (a 360x180 image of 10000x5000pxl)
Is there an app that can let me customise the sky map and the details(names in Hindi and english.
Display my own Images for the constellations.

10 AnswersAstronomy & Space7 years agoClarification on wide angle Convertors for Cameras, which,a 0.5x or .4x will give a wider FoV?
As in which will make the Focal length smaller, a .5x will make a 100mm lens into 50mm but does a 0.4x make a 100mm into 40mm or 60mm (as we r in regression/negative values, so is 0.4, will be 1-0.4=0.6 )?
