Is it ever good to stay withs with an ex?
Should I continue being friends with with my ex? So I have thought this out very thoroughly and I cannot come to a conclusion because I have realized it is a million dollar question. So I began dating one of the closest friends I have ever had 3,4 months ago and from the beginning it was shaky because she could not come to a final stance on whether or not to be with me for the first few months and she just kept dragging me along because she could not come to a conclusion. Finally she did one day through a sincerely crappy way, she meets up with some guy to I guess kind of go on a date(I'm not sure on details but it was not a straight out date) and she realized she wanted to be only with me at that point cause she did not feel right being with that guy let alone of the fact that me and her had already been fooling around. She met the guy on a Sunday and we were watching a movie together on Friday a few days before that and she was not comfortable because I told her how much I wanted to be with her and she didn't like me "professing my love for her". But then on that Sunday when she realized how much she liked me she was also thinking how she didn't like the way she was with me Friday in terms of her not fully being on board.
Then after that incident we were together officially and ever since then we would have fights about things like her breaking plans with me last minute because she is extremely flaky in terms of planned things with me, and all her friends. And I am getting too detailed but that example is pretty good in terms of setting and what type of character she is , shes white, i'm asian but I might as well be white to put you guys more into context. She goes off to her relatives in Vancouver because she has bad relationships with her immediate family and she comes back after 2 weeks of not seeing me and does her flaky crap again in terms of meeting up with on a Friday but then texts me to cancel again because shes feeling bad because of things that happened at school and with her dad .
She finally breaks up with me ( we have been on the edge and broken up a few times before this) a week after this and a few days after we go to a concert together and everythings fine. Even tho she broke up with me, she still wasnt completely sure it was the right choice considering she was suppose to meet up with me the next day to talk and then cancels again because she gets cold feet ( as you can see , she the epitome of those sh!tty Katy Perry songs except she is not the type of person that would listen to that sh!t).
We then didnt text for a week and she texts me to see how I am doing yesterday and I have not replied. The main thing I need to know is does it make sense to be friends with an ex because in the long wrong it offcourse will not matter considering people move on with their lives especially friends who are of opposite sex. She is one of the most important people in my lifes and I have thought about trying to win her back but this is also one of the first times in a long time we havent had direct contact and if we were to part our ways completely, now would be the easiests? On her end, she does not have many friends because she always ends up driving them away or not holding on to them and with me, I have more friends than the mean of society but she is potentially the most important to me.

I am looking for well thought out answers
1 AnswerFriends7 years agoMy bestfriend broke my heart?
I started making out with my bestfriend on Saturday night, by Wednesday I made out with her again. By the next Saturday I slept with her. Finally by Wednesday again, she pretty much told me she did not want to be with me sexually anymore although she still wants to make out with me. In a way, she has said she does not see a future with me romantically. Her calling quits with us being in a titled relationship is no way in relation to my sexual performance.
She is by far the closest female friend I have had prior to us fooling around. My question is how the f*ck does she go from passionately being with me to suddenly not want anything more than kissing.I told her we cannot even stay friends anymore because it is too painful for me.

I was assaulted, what should I do?
Me and my friend were smoking a pipe, and then we were attacked by a group of kids aged 16- mid 20s. They were trying to tax us, saying if we don't give them our valuables, they will beat us. But then randomly they started throwing shots at me. They did not touch my friend at all. I did not provoke them in anyway and I have the ids of one of them. I have never met them previous to the assault.
The main thing is they broke my glasses which are approximately $400 after lenses and what not. What should I do in terms of getting my money back. They have so far given me $100 but the leader of these hoodlums said the kids who were beating on me have no money. Point is what should I do in terms of the law ?
Could I sue for more than how much my glasses were worth ?
2 AnswersLaw & Ethics8 years agoShould I buy used Bose Companion 5 speakers ?
So I can meet up with this guy to buy the Companion 5 Bose speakers today for $270 at his home to first try it out. I have the speakers already which I bought from Bestbuy less than a month ago so I can return it technically. They normally run about $420 after tax. The owner has has the speakers for more than a year. Please dont make comments about how Bose are overpriced or whatnot ...
3 AnswersOther - Electronics8 years agoHow to practice as a Pharmacist in the USA with a degree from Canada?
How would a person be legally permitted to work in the United States if they have a BSc Pharmacy degree from Canada?
Does the United States require people to have minimally a PharmD degree in order to just work in places like Walmart or Kmart?
Because I know in Canada, in order to be able to work at a convenient store as a Pharamacist, all one would need is to have a Bachelor in Pharmacy ?

2 AnswersStudying Abroad9 years agoShould I become a Pharmacist or a Psychiatrist?
What should I study because in September I will be entering either University of British Columbia or University of Alberta and in order to save both money and time, I have to start surrounding my courses around Pharamacy or Medicine or as a Dental Hygienist. One extremely important goal is that I want to make a substantially higher than average salary. The fact is money , and opulence is extremely important and please do not comment about how money is not the most important thing or how I should go into Business because I would not say Canadian Business programs are that great. I would also like to point out that getting a degree in the jobs I mentioned above seem to be more stable and recession free in terms of getting a job.
My fear is that my grades are not up to par when I compare myself to other high school students. I would say my marks are around 86-92 which is not that high in high school let alone post secondary. Since I feel I might not be up to par, I feel that I might have to settle for becoming a Dental Hygienist since it is significantly easier than becoming a doctor or dentist or pharmacist. At the moment, I feel I am more than willing to sacrifice my social life for both school and money but I am just afraid I am not smart enough and I do not study smart. That is why dental hygienists seems like a cake walk im comparison.
I feel I would really enjoy studying Psychiatry but a person would have to become a doctor first which I do not think I can achieve .
