Industrial ear piecing acceptance in the work place?
I realize all companies have their own dress codes and one persons experience may not apply to me in the future, but I'm interested in getting an industrial ear piercing and after 10 years of wanting it, I'm finally in a position to get it done! :)
My issue is I'll be looking for a job in the near future (3-4 months). My question is, how acceptable is an industrial ear piercing in the work place? Is it overlooked a little bit more since cartilage piercings are similar and have been popular for awhile now? Or is it still a little too out there for employers? I have long hair that would cover it as well, if that may factor in.
Thanks!

I'm looking for some suggestions on a drugstore foundation. I have very light skin (usually the lightest shade is appropriate for me) with pink undertones. I only need light to medium coverage. I have been using Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse in Porcelain Ivory (Light 1) but I believe the matte formula is making my dry skin look very "flat" for lack of a better word. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you!
