AreUfraidOfTheFackingDark?

Have been a Youtube "addict" for many years,sold my PC cheaply(this is the first time I love doing it),26 years old, have a stable job, no savings, no skills outside of job,not exercising, no debts or anything but I still feel like a wreck because I've been wasting my time.

I don t feel I have the worst addiction that I m not going to work/late for work or I have to watch youtube whenever I m at work but I just never clean up my room ,never wash my clothes and I just delay my semi important stuff with a PC in my room.

Whenever I put my face in front of the PC Monitor I am just immersed in another world.

I have tried blockers, it works until I develop the habit to disable it whenever I feel like it. I have tried being mindful or intent based actions but I think the very fact that the PC is in my room and easily accessible.

Eventhough I have goals to learn web dev and game making, I feel like I have to unwire myself first from PC Youtube addiction and focus clearly on whats around me first.

I am just done with this

and maybe some experience in scriptkiddying in Java,C,Assembly...

I'm just too lazy to read the small reference added for the people just getting started with programming....

I really don't like bigger phones..

I prefer something along the C/Javascript syntax and python too.

I know you might suggest python but python isn't really easy to distribute as i'm scripting for Windows

I have zero music education, but I really want to learn making solo acapella using audio editing(layering) software, it seems really fun for him to be able to reverse engineer any song and use his and manipulate the "voice" and forming it into a full song.

Both device are of same price range in my place.

In terms of spec the Nexus 7 clearly blows Ipad Mini out of the water. But there are things which I I'm quite concerned ,

I would like learn composing music on the go(I also have a laptop),I do also like photography and will try to do some youtube content

the Ipad has greater advantage for audio/music composing apps, with its low latency in touch too, The camera is better than most tablet out there too.

But I also come with Android background, etc rooting,custom roms,editing root stuff... having the Nexus 7 is like having a swiss knife along with my laptop.

The game to me felt very open , as you are not limited to what you can use etc type of weapons ,play style, theres also quite a few humor in the game, there were side quest, from the video clearly its not turn based ,action RPGesque with good story. I really loved that game unfortunately its only avaible on Java/feature/dumb phone platform, it was truely a gem

I recently began installing emulators on my tablet and also digging the Dark Souls 2 my friends are playing, so I was wondering if there was any good Action RPG be it side scroller or top down that some what resemble Dark Souls in gameplay.

Castlevania is often compared but I thought that the RPG element wasn;t really there. Legend of Zelda seems to fit but its 3D and my tablet couldnt handle it , I managed to find Faxanadu for the nes but that was too old(I might give it try though), actually maybe along the lines of Monster Hunter would be great too.

Is there anything close?

Preferrably 2D platformer.

Quick google suggested 3D Legend of Zelda, Castlevania is often compared but I worry that the RPG aspects of it a bit weak. So basically I need Action RPG
