Hi my daughter was playing with my laptop and managed to change my log in password is there a way into it to change it back

I was arrested on conspiracy to murder (threats to kill) last year after somebody wrote on my social network wall that he was going to kill his wife, I was on holiday at time and when i returned home the police had arrested me,

I had nothing to do with it and that somebody had read it and thought it was genuine and reported to the police, I was placed on bail then then charges were dropped completely, The male also had his charges dropped,

I had to do a police check for a massive company and this came up on my file, The company wont take me on as they think its serious yet i had done nothing wrong or had never been arrested before this incident, And no qualifed to do anything else.

Is there a way to get this removed i understand it had to be logged but as no charges were issued surley it shouldnt be put on my criminal record as i didnt even get a caution

I worked self employed for a credit company and recently let me go but have not paid me for three weeks owed, they are backing down and dismissing owing me anything and are stating that i wont get any money, This has left me struggling to pay my bills and this side of xmas, is there any Free advice in the UK and can i complain to CSA or FISA to investigate.

my wive and i split up before xmas after she said it was not working anymore, So i moved out, Only to find out that she was seeing someone else, to which i did not mind but was annoyed to find out who with and who my children would be round, However i got over it, We decided to file for divorce and only got the papers last week but today she has announced she is 13 weeks pregnant, Can this change the grounds to adultrey now as legally we are still married
