Akuma no Sakura

So, I was trying to open Task Manager by hitting Ctrl-Alt-Delete, and I accidentally hit Ctrl-Alt-Up Arrow (I'm assuming). I looked up ways to fix this and it says, "Hit Ctrl-Alt-Right Arrow" or some other arrow. And I've tried doing this but it won't work. Anyone help me fix this? Thanks.

I need help! I'm waiting for more chapters of Vampire Knights (THE BEST!!!) to come out, and I'm also waiting for more Karin (Chibi Vampire). I've read Fruits Basket, Demon Diary, Dragon Knights, Shaolin Sisters... I can't remember the rest of the mangas! Well, I'm looking for mangas of that sort. Try not to recommend animes to me, because I can only watch them on my brother's laptop because my own computer doesn't have sound (something with the sound card). I like romance comedy mangas (like Karin) and I also like serious mysterious manga (Vampire Knights) and also some action mystery manga (Dragon Knights and Demon Diary). I prefer those manga types, but feel free to recommend any manga and/or anime that you feel I absolutely cannot pass up. Also I usually read my manga on One Manga and Manga Traders. I watch anime on Crunchyroll. Thank you!
