the store manager won't accept the sunglasses back for a return or exchange, the reasoning: they 've been worn (yeah in my car enough to realize they are defective and can't wear them. ) their customer service has a different reasoning: the tag is missing (of course it does because I bought them to wear them and I throw away the tag before I realized they are defective). they offered me nothing then sorry and poor customer service. i need to find a lawyer. do you have any ideas? thanks

it has been told me that i dont have a strong personality and that's why i have this problem at work with one of my co-workers. she, an older women,gives me an attitude sometimes, she uses not a nice tone , she snapps at me .i was always nice to her, i didn't give her any reason to treat that way. when i told her once that i dont like her tone and i dont like how she talks to me she said "to bad". the next hour she talks to me like nothing happened and the next day when we work she wants to shows me pictures with her niece and doughter and the next comming dayshe will give me a nasty attitude again and so on and on.what shuold i tell her if i decide to talk to her?is she doing that because i have a weak personality and i dont confront her??

maybe you can recommend me a book to read about how to deal with this situation and how to learn to build a strong personality.dont tell me to be myself, 'cause so far i was beeing myself and it doesnt work, give me somethibg else...
