  • Automobile engineers plz help. I have TVS APACHE 150 cc bike?

    i have apache 150cc bike ran about 18000 kms, there is a problem in its gears, when is traffic, i stops the bike in 3rd gear & when i use to change the gear to 2nd to move ahead, it comes to neutral. then i have to again use clutch & change the gear to 3rd or 2nd then only i can move ahead.

    i asked abt it from TVS engineer, service center but none of them is able to solve it as yet.

    i got my gear shaft, clutch plates, gear star and spring, cross spring of gear shaft changed but problem is still there. can anyone help me what should i do for it.
