My 2005 Cummins Ram won't start, is it electrical?
The truck will turn on for like 15 sec and die every now and then. The only codes I'm getting are : P0646 which is A/C Clutch Relay Circuit Low. Is it a possibility that the circuit being low is the reason my truck won't start? The truck has fuel, making a buzzing sound from the engine when I turn the key. The truck died when I tried to jump start my Super Duty and it straight up shut off without a fight. I need an answer asap please because my mechanic is going to replace the fuel pump in the morning and I don"t think its the pump. Has an 2005 Cummins Engine but the truck is a 2004.
