how come I haven't gained weight!?
I'm proud of it because im trying to loose but in the last two days I've ate nothing but crap, yesterday i ate sweets,McDonald's and milkshake, say before I had loads of chocolate,fried chicken and chips and losds more. usually I would gain after this but I haven't? I did go gym but only burnt 600 calories each day

Im trying to loose 6 pounds in 2 weeks, I Use to starve myself and I lost nearly 3 stone I loved it:( but then I gained 8 pounds!! from eating loads of rubbish food. today IVE had 2 bowls of weetabix branflakes and 2 apples and a banana. I also did 3 hours in the gym. going to eat less tomorrow I feel so fat!

About 4 weeks ago I use to be 5.12st now I'm 6.5, but I don't look like I've gained that much?! Only abit on my stomach, I don't know if it's muscle gain because I go gym 2-3 times a week and I do loads on the rowing machine? But I don't do weights. Also I can't eat anything unhealthy without gaining 2lbs in a day?

I can't seem to stop eating recently it's driving me insane today I've had cocopops,banana.nectarine,tuna salad sandwhich, 3 slices of brown bread toast, branflakes cereal,5 biscuits and a chicken salad. I'm not over weight but I'm so scared I'm gonna get fat over night or gain so much weight?! Plus only done an hours walk today :(

Not going to lie I have been eating a lot of junk recently, but I gained 4 pounds?! Ive been going gym alot aswell, so I don't know if I've gained muscle and that's what the weight gain is? The machines I use are mostly rowing, I also do bike,tredmill,x trainer and sometimes hip abductor to try get rid of my flabby thighs. I'm 15 4ft10 and 86lbs (gained 4 since Saturday)

I've ate a lot of junk recently making me gain weight, I don't know if it's actual fat but yeah I am considered underweight so it's not really bad but i don't want to gain.
