When is the Yahoo staff going to start responding to appeals from reports answer??? It would appear they stopped about two months ago.?

Yahoo is being unfair to those that answer questions that are reported?
They further penalize someone who answers the question and it's reported when they appeal and lose the appeal. Are they trying to eliminate people from appealing decisions with this additional penalty ?
