So let me start by saying Ive been off birth control a little over a year now. Me an my fiance have been together for 3 years an have a wedding date set for Oct. 18 of next year (: We own both of our vehicles an our home so we are finacially set an ready an have decided we are currently ttc. Him more than I lol. Ive been taking a one a day vitamin an folic acid. So is there anything to do to help? I already track my ovulation with an app an i can tell as it is. But im searching for tips an tricks... Now i am a very picky eater so Im not too into trying new things, but might if itll help. Any suggestions?
