We have had to turn down the water pressure so low, that a shower doesn't thoroughly rinse our hair. How can I quiet the pipes?

Under new legislation in B.C., Canada, a police officer can suspend a person's driver's license, charge him thousands of dollars and force him to undergo therapy at the expense ($985) of the driver just because the driver used a Listerine spray. It happened to me recently, and it cost me my job, my license to drive, and may cost me my home. And the worst of it is, the cop lied through his teeth in his report, because he botched the breathylizer test. I appealed but the superintendant of motor vehicles said police don't make mistakes and they don't lie. Help?

When I do anything, I get an error message about "activating activation context"

When I got home from work, my hard drive was cooked. I bought a new one and had it installed. When I tried to play a DVD, it wouldn't work anymore. Can a virus cook the hardware as well? Or is some way to fix it ? I can't afford to replace the DVD as well.

Avast would automatically download updates when I was asleep. I awoke to find a message telling me that Avast failed to close after the download, and I had 127 viruses and worms on my pc. And for $69.00 plus tax and a credit card number, it would fix it. I need help, please.
