I am currently working in an IT help desk environment. I was planning to complete the Microsoft certification exam related to support . I checked online and for entry level , I want to know if the MTA certifications which are 98-365, 98-366, and 98-367 are valid and helpful . If not kindly let me know which certification I should do for the entry level in support environment.

I connected my mobile(nokia 6233) to the computer using the data transfer mode. Now the memory card only shows up the memory occupied but it does not show the files. Also for each folder there is a ".exe" file created.
