  • Should i run a marathon?

    I'm 15 right now, I'm the best distance runner in my school and i want to run a marathon.

    I want to run the marathon this summer or this fall. I'll be 16 in November.

    My distance PR's are like 33min on the 8K(i haven't done one in a while i could probably beat that), 17:30 on the 5K (I haven't tried to beat this since November and i could probably beat this too I've gotten faster.)

  • What are some good running shoes now a days?

    I have the Pegasus 28 from nike which i loved!! They helped me get to state in Cross Country but there too old now need some new shoes. I run on average about 40 miles a week.

  • Could i get my 1 mile UNDER 5 minutes?

    I can run a 5K in like 17:30

    I can run like 7 miles in 46-47 minutes

    i can run 2 miles in sub 12 minutes and im 15 years old
