Once I recover from a concussion, should I look into figure skating before going back to ice hockey? (Not as a replacement, but to ease back into a full on contact sport.)

I have had 3 concussions in 5 months and I decided that I probably should not return this season. Now I feel bad about my decision. What should I do cuz my gut is telling me don't go back or I'll get hurt.

I'm a 14YO girl and I wanted to try some kind of dance because it sounds pretty cool. I mean with expressing yourself and everything, and there are so many types.

The only problem is that I am an ice hockey player who is kinda busy.

Also I'm a tomboy and I am serious and I like strict teachers. Is there a certain type of dance class that I should do?

I want to know what the classes are like and if they are still fun once you get to a certain level.

If you are a dancer could you tell me about the classes and your experiences?

It's not fair. It's obvious that until you experience both, you cannot say that one is easier than the other. Explain your logic. Ice hockey players need a lot of skill too, including stick handling skills, shooting skills, skating skills, and ability to interpret game situations, plays, and strategy, while memorizing the rules. you can't do tricks in hockey skates because they are rounded so don't use that as a reason. However, in figure skates, I can do multiple jumps and edge work, and I'm an ice hockey player, not a figure skater.

Why can't they just get along? I think figure skating is cool! I play ice hockey.
