My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over a year. We were having issues. My periods were off and always have been and I had a large cyst. I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis and I had surgery in October of 2013 to remove a cyst and the endometriosis (doctor said he completely cleaned me out). After the surgery, I went on birth control for a month (my doctor wanted to make sure I had one period before trying to conceive again). After that my periods came every 30 days and have been regular. We still were not getting pregnant so my doctor put me on 50mg of clomid. Last month was my first month taking it. I took an ovulation test on Feb. 12th and it said I was ovulating. I actually started having the ovulation discharge on Feb. 15th. I am now 6 days late for my period and I'm not sure if the clomid is causing me to be late or I'm actually pregnant. I took a pregnancy test one day after I skipped and the 3rd day but both came out negative. Since I was not late for my ovulation it would seem to me that my period would not be late. Has anyone had this happen before?

My mom and mother-in-law want to be called nanny. Neither of them will budge on the name. I have a nephew who calls my mom nanny and my husband has two nieces who call his mom nanny. I feel like this is going to confuse our child though if we talk about one because they are not going to know which one we are talking about. I thought about calling my mother-in-law nanny lynn but she doesnt want them calling her by her first name and neither does my mom. Has anyone else had this problem? I dont know whether to just let it go or what to do. If I give them both different names then my nieces and nephew may wonder why we are calling them a different name and they call them another. Please give me your opinion. Thanks!

This is completely TMI so please excuse me but I need some info and suggestions.

I've been having some pain where my ovaries are for a little over a month. Before my period last month they started to really bother me. I have a history of cysts so I assumed this was it and made an appointment with my doctor. Unfortunately, I started my period and couldn't go to my appointment. I was using tampons for my period and normally I don't feel anything at all. However, this period when I used the tampons it hurt REALLY bad!!!!! It felt like I was hitting something. Towards the end of my period it started going away and it was easier to use the tampons. I never made another appointment to the doctor because I wasn't really having much pain down there. Last week my boobs started getting really sore. I normally have this when I'm about to start my period but it's too early for my period and I am always either late or skip my period. I am rarely on time and I don't think I have ever been early. Last night, my husband and I were having sex and when I used the bathroom afterwards I wiped blood. I assumed I started my period which was why my boobs were hurting but we had sex again and I had no blood and I haven't wiped any blood since. My husband and I are trying to have a baby so I don't know if this was maybe implantation bleeding or if maybe a cyst popped (I know I would have felt a LOT of pain though) or if maybe that's something that just happens every now and then. I'm really not sure and I don't even know if any of this is connected. Any information or opinions would be helpful though!

Most women who stay at home are stay at home moms but what about stay at home wives? If the woman is putting in 8 hours of work at home everyday and doing all of the housework, yardwork and anything else that needs to be done, then why do some people frown on it. If she is doing work the whole time and the man doesn't need to do anything while he is at home except kick back and relax why do some people think she is still lazy? If they weren't making enough money and getting by I would understand but when they make plenty of money I feel like it is more jealousy than anything. I know if they are happy then that's all that matters but I just wanted to know some outside views on this.

I'm asking on here because my husband refuses to go to the doctor and I wanted to see if anyone has this issue or their husband/boyfriend has dealt with this. When my husband and I have sex he lasts about 5 minutes at the most. This started a couple months ago. He used to be able to last for a while but he all of a sudden just lost it. We also have been trying to have a baby for 6 months and I know that is not long but I'm wondering if they are related in anyway. We are both in our 20's so it's not like we are getting into the age where this stuff happens. I know some men just can't last very long but it hasn't always been this way. Does anyone have any suggestions or dealt with this also?

My husband and I like a lot of names for boys and girls but are having a tough time with middle names. Do you have any suggestions and do you like the full names? Our last name begins with a D just fyi. Also, we like unique names and southern names.

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant since November. I skipped my period for January. However, this is not unusual since I have always had irregular periods and for some reason skip my period every 3-4 months. Anyways, I have taken two tests since I have missed my period, 5 days after and 13 days after, both were negative. My boobs have been sore and I started "spotting" after my husband and I had sex last night. Today I have been cramping like I'm about to start my period but it's still only spotting when I use the bathroom and wipe. I'm not sure whether I may be pregnant and the tests are coming out negative or if maybe there is something else wrong.

I stopped smoking over a year ago. I have a hair drug test to take next week. Does the tester ask questions like, "have you used any drugs in the past 5 years?" I do not want to say yes and then automatically fail but I also do not want to say no and then they somehow find out I lied.

What is the best approach to this?

I quit smoking weed a year and 6 months ago. I have a hair follicle test coming up for a very large company. I know most companies just do 90 days but is it possible to go further? Do many companies do that?

For my wedding the bridemaids are going to wear short dresses with cowgirl boots and I am stuckkk as to what the groomsmen should wear. The groomsmen arent the cowboy boots type of guys. We dont want the tuxedo and dress shoes kind of thing either but I dont want them in tennis shoes and sweats either. Any suggestions would be helpful and if you have pictures that would be awesome too! Thanks in advance!

I'm making my own "building/covering" for my reception instead of doing the modern tent. I would like to have the "ceiling" complete greenery with some hanging off the sides. I don't know what kind to use. Most greenery comes in vines and I would have to use wayyyy to much of that to cover the top. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can use or a better way of doing it?

I'm 20 and live with my boyfriend (23) in our own home. I no longer live with my parents. We occassionally drink or have parties (no one else is under 21). I'm not sure if the law still applies to me if I'm living in my own home. I know there is probably a thin line but would my boyfriend go to jail if the cops were to come in and try checking my ID. We live in Virginia so the law may be a little different. I know the legal drinking age is 21 but there was a thing stating you could drink if it was in your home and under supervision by parents and by yourself (not a party with friends etc.) Any information on this would be helpful thanks!

I have been using nuvaring for 3 months now and I'm still kind of confused about how it works. I have had mine in since October 9th. I was supposed to take it out yesterday but didnt get my prescription until today. My doctor has said that I can leave it in and not take it out for the fourth week. I'm wondering though if I am protected though. I think I should be but I dont remember if I need to put in a new one for the fourth week to keep me protected or whether I can just leave the one in that I have had in. Any info would greatly be appreciated! Thank you!

First off I live in Henrico, Virginia. My neighbor is running an illegal shop next door. He's working on vehicles during all times of day and night (Example: Last night he was out there till 10 or 11 with air tools, compressor and other machines going and with a HUGE spotlight that we literally had to close our windows and blinds just to keep out the noise and light). It's a complete trash over there. He has four to five vehicles in the back yard waiting to be fixed. I cant even step into my own backyard without hearing an air compressor, or some other loud noise. It's completely ridiculous considering he doesnt even live there! He's friends with our neighbor who claims he owes her money so shes letting him run a shop back there. We live in a small neighborhood so sounds echo and you can barely see any grass in the backyard from his little shop he has built and all the cars. And the grass you can see is usually a foot high. I wouldnt mind if he was actually respectful of the hours that he works and actually lived there and was paying a mortgage like the rest of us. I have called the county and some of the neighbors did also, they told us there was nothing they could do because the license plates werent illegal. It's complete bullshit! Does anyone know who I can go to to get this problem taken care of since our county "cant do anything."

ok so heres the facts

-I dated this guy for 6 months

-I fell in love with him

- we had our ups and downs like every relationship but we were happy

-he ended up going to jail for messing around with an underage girl- this happened before we started dating

-while we were dating i was underage so it didnt really bother me what he did in the past

- i spent everday with him through this

- i went to all court preceedings and stood by his side through it all

- he got 6 months

- we ended it after the first month he was in there

- he got out in 3 months

- he contacted me but i only wanted friends.

- he didnt understand that because he still loved me so he kept harrassing me and calling me and followed me to work and came to my house

- finally i told him i was going to put a restraining order on him which would send him back to jail

- he hasnt contacted me since

- here recently i have been thinking about him and the love we shared and all the good times we had

- weirdly he called me today, even though I told him if he did he would get put back in jail

- i dont know what to do

- i havent had a relationship since him and I think I may still have feelings for him

- my family and friends dont approve of him AT ALL!

so im really confused on what to do...
