  • O/D OFF indicator on dashboard not going away.?

    I'm taking my car to the mechanic next week, but I have a 2011 KIA Rio5 (hatchback, 4 doors).

    This morning on my way to work, I noticed a light on my dashboard saying O/D OFF, looked it up in the manual and it says it means overdrive off. I pushed on the O/D button on my gear selector to see if it would turn overdrive back on, but the O/D OFF light is still on.

    Car is driving normally.

    Do you have any idea what could be causing the issue?
