  • Car dealership lied/wasn't clear on dvd player in console. What can I do?

Hello, I bought a 2013 dodge avenger yesterday and it has a screen in the console. When I test drove it the woman said "It is illegal to drive while watching a movie so if you are waiting for someone you can watching something". The next day I asked again over text, "Are you sure it is a dvd player? Can you please test it?" She said yes and sent two pictures of a movie on the screen in the middle of the console where the radio plays as well. So I gave her the down payment and did a credit check.

I went instantly home to try it but when I drove it shut off. I texted the dealer woman who sold it to me explaining how I was under the impression of a dvd player working so my niece can watch it on trips. First she tried saying "sitting means not moving and out of gear to me" then tried "I told you that it needs to be out of gear because it turns off" and I instantly said "No you didn't say anything about it turning off or being out of gear." I also said "I have never been sitting in any car (not moving) nearly long enough to watch a movie nor do I know anyone who has so it is pointless." (I have all these texts since they just happened this week)

One of the biggest reasons I bought this car was so on trips my niece can watch movies and it was great that it was in the console because I can control it better than one of those head seat dvd players (since I can see what is happening). What are my options or rights for this situation?

  • Constant Pelvic Pain for 3 Months?!?!?!?!?

idk if this is related to my uterus or my bladder. I started to get pelvic pain about 8 months ago. For the last 3 months the pain has been very painful & constant. It isn’t from by my periods bc I take birth control constantly (dr prescribed it this way) so my last period was September and before that was Feb.

Since the first of the year I have had pap smear-normal & std testing which was negative. I have switched birth control (but that’s never been a problem) I haven’t been sexual active since August. Blood work done, urine test to rule out uti, stool test to rule out bleeding. Cystoscopy, colonoscopy, & endoscopy-normal. Ultrasound of pelvic & abd-normal. I did a CT scan & it found “urinary bladder is somewhat decompressed. There is suggestion of mild mural thickening involving anterior bladder dome w/edematous changes. This is nonspecific & could be related to cystitis or a small bladder or urachal diverticulum.” Since tests have shown up regular my doctor feels there is nothing left to do and leave it at that. I have been bleeding dark red/brown blood for over a month now with uterus lining pieces coming out every day as well. A time or two it has been bright red. The dr blew it off and said it’s stress.

My doctor has given up on find out why I have such pain constantly and I don’t want to be on pain meds everyday. I also have episodes where I puke, get 104 fever, and headache for about 10 hrs & then I’m fine. It happens about 2-3 times a month for the last 3 months.

Could endometriosis be causing my pain and symptoms? Or what could it be?

What is this on my CT scan?

I got this done due to being sick often. I have had blood, urine, and stool labs done with nothing found. I had a cystoscopy done with the scope in the bladder and everything was normal. I have a colonoscopy and entrascopy scheduled for wednesday but I don't think that will tell me what this is. I am worried it could be cancer or something that is making me sick, what scan or procedure can I do to get this figured out?

ct scan showed mass outside of bladder and im continually sick?

I've been sick since Novemeber. I'm 23y/o F. 5'1 130lbs (No change in a yr). No pregnancies. Don't smoke or drink or drugs ever. Work out 4X a week.

    Symptoms:

    1. Vomiting every 2 weeks with 103+ fever that breaks in 10hrs, Upset stomach and HA. I feel fine in between the episodes

    1. I have constant and severe pelvic pain for 3 months now. They feel like period cramps (never had them before with periods)

With the episodes and cramping I went to several doctors and no one knows what is wrong. I am hoping someone else has gone through this and can help steer me in a path to what could be wrong.

    -Tests I have had done:

    1. Medications: Birth control (which I've switched and pain pills for cramps .Periods are normal but I've been spotting for 10 days

    2. Scans:

    -Ultrasound complete normal

-I did a CT of abdomen and pelvis w/contrast and it showed what they called “mild mural thickening of the dome of the bladder” and “pocket”. Those are the pictures below.

-Yearly pap smear was normal besides when she pushed from the inside of the uterus and on the outside that was quite painful.

    -Cystoscopy was normal

    3. Labs:

-I did a urine test and that was normal. Not pregnant.

-Blood work showed I am anemic, so I'm taking iron pills

    -Stool test was fine

I have an endoscopy and colonoscopy scheduled for Wednesday. Also how can I find out what that object in the ct scan is? Is there another scan I can do or a way to get a piece and test it? Any helpful comments are appreciated.
