  • What could make a mature email address?

I am in college and need a new email address because the one I have is from middle school, hard to spell, and a little embarrassing. I would go with one of the regular firstnamelastname formulas, but no one can spell either of my names! I spell them out and even write them down for people and they will still get it wrong. So what else could make a mature email address that I can use for years to come?

  • What should I say to him, if anything?

I'll try not to write too much :P Anyway I've gone to this thing that's like a youth group but we pretty much just play video games twice now. There is this guy there I'll call "D." He is 19 and I am 16. He started talking to me on facebook last Friday (after youth group) and he's really nice. The problem is, he asked me out a few days ago. I would have gone out with him, but my mom told me he is too old for me and said he and I should just be friends. I really value my mom's trust and since I don't really have feelings for D (I said yes because he is so nice and I wanted to give him a chance) I told him what she said. He also knows that I don't really like him like that. Anyway, he's very sweet and calls me pretty lady all the time. I'm just starting to feel uncomfortable because he's getting ahead of himself. I can read him like an open book, and I haven't even seen him since the last youth group meeting. He almost told me he loves me over text today. He said "I... nvm." And I asked him what and he was like "I probably shouldn't say it to you now... I'll say it later unless you say it first :P" I feel like he is so infatuated with me but he doesn't really know me, so we'll end up awkward and barely talking to each other. I want to know if I should tell him to slow down and think about things for a bit, or if I should just not pay attention to it. I enjoy texting him and he has a great personality - we're equally silly and both love music and singing. I feel like we could be close friends, but his obsession with me could prevent that. What should I do? I really only want to be friends at this point. We have youth group tomorrow as well. If you think I should say something, should I say it before or after?

  • I had a dream where God started to carry me away?

Yesterday morning, I was about 5/6 asleep, so I was a teensy bit conscious. I had this dream that really felt like real life. God started calling my name (he's spoken to me before when I wasn't asleep, and it sounded just like him and seemed to come through my spirit) and everything went white around me. Then it was as though he was starting to pick me up to take me away, and I actually felt like I was being lifted off the bed. I was thinking "No, no, I can't go now." And I was thinking about my mother. Like, I had to say goodbye before I went. I tried really hard and was able to simply murmur "mama." As soon as I said it, I was back on the bed the white disappeared. I think it was a dream, but it also felt so real. And I'm sure I said mama out loud. What does all of this mean?

  • Is it weird that we say I love you to each other?

One of my best friends is a guy, and he's gay. We're really, really close. I don't exactly know about him, but I tell him just about everything. We play around a lot. One day I made fun of him for something and then added "I wuv you, Teddybear!" (That's my nickname for him.) And my mom heard it. He said "I love you too, Ducky." We just say it to each other a lot because we're really good friends. Then when he went home, my mom asked me about it. She thinks it's odd because that's like a bf/gf thing but we're just friends. He's gay, though, and I don't like him like that. He kinda has a boy buddy if you know what I mean. Is it weird that we say I love you to each other? I'm just wondering.
