The scam artist might know alot more about the law than I do... So I would like to be in the safe side when public saying or posting that someone is scam artist.

someone told me that they could offer a paperwork service in exchange for money. I gave them money they did nothing. Police said to get legal advice, but why if they took my money and left.

The way I see it is someone took a large amount of money from me, and I am reporting them to the police. Police said get legal advice possibly a lawyer too. I was like wth???

If someone is suing me for some situation (not important); however, before this that person created a document which freed me from that situation, and he gave me a copy of that document (so I never had the original) . Could the copy from the original document be use in court as evidence?

ps the person signed the original obviously the copy is just that a copy of the original document.

If original evidence is misplace, I took X amount of copies from the original (evidence) document are the copies valid in court???

Is it legal for someone to take anyone to small claims courts when there is no case (or a misrepresentation of a case)? If there is no case and no reason for such action, what actions should a person take to prevent from attending court or having millions of people filing?

where can I get an ekg test? what are the average price?
