I work in a garage and our receptionists 2005 Peugeot 206 2litre diesel won't start would really like to get it running cost effectively as we can. I'm out of ideas what to check next I do mostly fast fit stuff so don't do many non runners and am better with petrols. I can say what's been checked and is fine.

Starter turns over.strong.

All earths are new and conducting fine

No fault codes on any systems..

Glow plugs and relay are fine

No fuses blown.

Fuel getting to the injectors no leaks found anywhere new filter,

Also tried easy start trick in air intake to see if it would fire, nothing.

She says she drove home as normal with no problems and it just wouldn't start next morning. Really stuck what to check next any ideas.

I've a 2010 jinlun/lexmoto/zongshen 125 chinese bike just got it as a cheap runner for sunny days and trying to squeeze a bit more power out of it it has a Jieli carb fitted with k+n but when I got my MOT repairs done they said the jets were standard and should have been upsized with the carb and they're holding things back anyone know what size I should get or what size comes standard on the bike so I can get larger ones?

I've also heard blanking off the erg valve pipes to the exhausts produces more power does this sound like a thing that could work? or does this seem like a way to break it.

Any other tips/tricks to get a bit more power from this would be helpful it will sit at 65 mph which would be fine but show me a hill or head wind and it's struggling to hit 45. Also if anyone knows base settings for the Jieli carb on this model it would be great previous owner fitted it and I'm not sure it's set right but not sure the starting point or how to know if it should be more rich or lean.

I'm a car mechanic so not totally dense but have no experience working on bikes everything I fix is sensors and fuel injection plug in to find running problems I've never had to touch a carb in 10 years of the trade so not very clued up on that older style stuff.

this is re-posted still stuck on this need to change aspect ratio (NOT RESOLUTION which was only answers I got last time I posted) on windows 7 it auto detects the new screen is 4:3 when its clearly and everything on screen is stretched not old monitor was 16:9 and works fine and using same cable to connect them please help driving me mad all the details I left on last post are below sorry if things are repeated

please help I just attached my samsung 43" 16:9 tv to pc as monitor and windows has stubbornly changed from 16:9 to 4:3 stretched out can kind of live with it but all online media eg youtube or media files on vlc play in letterbox mode stretched out using standard monitor cable works fine on old16:9 monitor when I swapped them back back but think 19 inch or 43 inch screen which is better if anyone knows how to adjust windows 7 screen aspect ratio manually from 4:3 to 16:9 please help details of system below if that helps

(not needing to change resolution picture crystal clear just stretched out and checked settings non tv and its on 16:9 and if I change that get gray strips up the sides of screen so tv's set correct)

please don't answer change screen resolution all that does is zoom in and out but stays in 4:3

the only thing I can do with the resolution seems to be make the icons huge still in the 4:3 ratio but zoomed in or out or just a fuzzy screen tried all resolution options

I can get media files to play on VLC but need to change to 4:3 to view in widescreen but still cant figure out sites with videos need to get rid of blank lines top and bottom of the screen pc just refuses to believe its connected to a widescreen tried doing it with HDMI cable but start menu disappears along with icons and sound which all i can do is shut down and reconnect with monitor cable again and back to the same problem need a way to change aspect ratio eg 16:9 16:10 (widescreen) 4:3(old style square screen which it detects when connected to large 16:9 monitor) rather than let windows automatically guess everything is stretched 4:3 on desktop and internet browsers and games please someone help its really annoying

I've a desktop pc with 2.6Ghz Dual Core Nvidia GT 520 2Gb DDR3 graphics, 4GB DDR3 memory, 8GB virtual memory, 1Tb SATA hard drive but need to set resolution and quality settings low to play it without running slowly what would I need to upgrade to run at full settings without it slowing or glitching when in gun battles or driving fast with wanted level only program running is anti virus but put it in gaming mode which makes it use less space when games are running

another thing got a memory flash usb drive that I used to transfer files to my new pc and couldn't help noticing option to use it to boost performance could this help?
