  • Can you put instant yeast in water anyways?

    I accidentally bought instant yeast instead of normal yeast, and on the back it says "no need to dissolve yeast in liquid prior to preparation"

    would the yeast still work if i dissolved it in water anyways?

    im not sure my recipe would work if i put it right into the mix.
