Im 17 and this co-worker of mine, she just turned 18, began flirting this weekend. everyone in the restaurant noticed and messed with us about it. since we really just started flirting i didnt ask her out or for a number. But this weekend i am going to. I know most of you are thinking dont date a co-worker, but i want to. So whats the easiest way to do it without awkwardness if she says no?

Im a senior and the girl i like is a freshman. she likes me too but i have to report to college by a June 26 but im only gonna be 2 hrs away. i really like her but last year people made fun of me for only hitting on freshman and this is my first this year. I was thinking that my time in high school has gone by so fast, have so many regrets and dont want anymore and want to learn from those so i should just say forget them if they call me names, im going after what i want... am i right in my thinking or is it just not worth it?

Do they take it offensive or do they understand im trying to say "Hey. Your so pretty and i wanna talk". Normally i start off with only "hey" but i wanna add more cause that seems to friendly and is more work. or what else would you use? i want cute/ sweet things so they reflect my personality
