I broke my nordic pole recently (for skating) and I'm look at purchasing another pair

I have two in mind, and the main difference between them is that one is a stiffer pole whereas the other is a more flexible pole. What are the differences performance wise when it comes to the flex of the pole? Or is it all just weight / power related?

I have a satellite and it was working fine, up until one day when I turned it on and it was a black screen, except that the box to show what was on worked, as well as the program guide. Also, the free channels, that show movie previews, work fine. Then I turn it on after a week of this and every channel is working, but cutting to the same black screen every 5 - 10 minutes. Any suggestions?

I've been reading about it and stuff but I still don't understand exactly what is "suppose" to happen. I personal don't believe in it but I like to to learn about these types of things.

So my question is what is exactly is going to happen? A giant "planet X" hitting earth? Aliens invading?

I have a Traynor XM100 bass amp that I am trying to sell, and I was just wondering if anyone knew what the 3-pronged input is in this picture :

it is the input beside to 3 holes one the right side. If you need above the input it says "bal" and underneath, but leading to the small button beside it, it says "Line/D.I. Output" if that has any revelance.
