I am coming out of a severe depressive episode. And I am being encouraged to find something that will be good for me like a hobby. But I still have such low self esteem and weight issues (I am overweight) Any suggestions on what has helped you or you enjoy?

Can anyone give me good and helpful websites to give me and my husband a better understanding of my disorder and what I can expect from Dialectal Behaviour Therapy.

Being TTC for 2.5years and feeling a little confused. 1stly Neg Preg test. Period was due 4days ago. I started spotting 7days ago for 5days and then everything just stopped. I have had minor pain but nothing serious. And my breast have been tender which I usually get with menstrual cycle. Anyone offer advice?

I started taking new tablets for PC-OS (Metformin) and since Jan my periods have been bang on 28days and about 6-8days duration. They have remained reasonably heavy until, (My Husband and I have been trying for baby number 2 for 2 years now.), this period started on Sat morning and has been really light for 3.5days. Could I be having implantation bleeding. I have not been getting the usual menstrual cramps. It has not been bright red in colour. Has been browny pink and milky. Could I be having implantation bleeding. Would a pregnancy test work during this just sit it out.

I have missed my period for the last 4months and have had 3neg home tests, blood test came back neg for HCG as well. So guess this rules out pregnancy? But I have started to feel things? Could I still be pregnant? I have had a little boy a year ago and unfortunately still carrying some of the weight. Does anybody else out there have a clue?
