I've never seen bright red when looking at colour charts before :(

I've tried hairspray but it makes my hair look fairly crispy and I've tried blow-drying it to the side.

Any tips or ideas?

I really don't want to use bleach on my hair as it's super thin. I'm not planning on redying it, I just want to get rid of this horrid colour!

It looks more brown with a purple tint in the light.

I dyed my hair purple yesterday and it has come out black

I used blonde shampoo this morning but it's hardly done anything despite the amount of dye that washed out.

Any tips?

The top of my mouth feels so bruised, i can hardly eat and i can't even swallow liquids without it being extremely painful. Its nowhere near any of my teeth, just near the back of my throat.

Hi, i have the latest version of aMSN on my mac but i have a slight problem.

I'm appearing online, but offline to all of my contacts apart from 2/3. I only have this problem on this account, which is my new addy and i really don't want to go back to the old ones. The contacts i'm appearing offline too have double checked i'm added, so it's nothing to do with that. I've messed around with preferences to try and sort it out, but that isn't working either. I've even rebooted my whole macbook to see if it would work, but no luck.

Could anyone please help me? It'd be a great help.

Also all of my contacts aren't appearing online when i use meebo or mobile msn.

Hi, I recently put colour remover on my hair (my hair was black but my fringe was purple) and it came out a ginger brown, but my fringe came out white. I then put light ash brown over my hair which caused my fringe to go way lighter than the rest of my hair.

How can i fix this? Please help

I want to update the software on my mac, but i keep getting told my administrator account name and password are wrong. My account is the only account on here, but it's been set to standard. I can't change anything without the administrator details which i do not know.

Is there any way of sorting this problem? I really don't want to lose all of my files, which i can't back up because of the username/password
