Possible right solution to the below Problem.?
In a faruad case one of my stupid frind has lose great amount of money, the people whome he give mony he did not know them, he has no identification of the people he only know there faces, and the place where he give mony to them by hands, they were disappeard and there numbers are going off he transfer some mony whis is 4 % of the total mony through bank account. He has the recipt.
Know the person is very disappointed how to get his mony back. What he has to do go to police without proof. The police ask him why you give such a huge mony to anyone without any proof.
What is right for the person. He is unable to find the people he dosnt have id card of them what he can do.
