Hi, I have been using my school email (rather foolishly) for non school matters, such as UCAS, and I have been informed that my school email will be terminated in September (since I will no longer be a part of the school as I am going to university) however I get some important personal emails and UCAS emails to this address, what should I do? Is there a way of forwarding an email from a closed account to another one? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Or will it just add back the calories I burnt running.

My NUS expired this month (another question it says it expires on August 2011 does that mean I can use it until the end of the month) and I want to renew it but I just finished sixth form and uni starts in the beginning of October, how do I get my NUS extra card or do I have to wait for when I start uni in two months?

Theoretically they would have the same effect, but I would have thought that the 100 cal lost through exercise would be more effective for fat loss?

I read that for the first 20 minutes of running, that the body uses its glycogen stores, is this true? It would be frustrating running for 20 minutes and not actually burning any fat.

By a decent breakfast: toast, bacon, tea

Lunch: apple and banana

Dinner: rice, 2 roti and lentils

how should I structure it? Combo of walking, jogging and running? Also can it help me to tone muscle? Do I really need to run 35 miles to lose a pound?

The recommended calorie intake for men is 2500 calories roughly right? And a pound is roughly 3500 calories. So if I cut my calorie intake to 1500 calories, in a week I would save 7000 calories that the recommended amount, theoretically that would be losing 2 pounds, but would that actually happen if put into practice.

P.S. I also run in the morning (but I haven't factored this into the question to not overcomplicate things)
