I was born in Philippines, but moved to manhattan Kansas when I was quite young. I'm currently attending college and am pursuing a physical therapy career, which has slightly been sidetracked by my seemingly ubiquitous life.I love music, scrabble, soduku and i'm futbal(soccer) fanatic; Brazil is the best by the way. I like funny people and sandals. Baskin Robbins Turtle Blast makes me so happy it's scary. I love it when people trip or fall, i can't help but to laugh. I don't mind wearing pink. Nose hairs are funny.

  • After submitting your taxes in turbo tax, is the amended refund an addition to the origal return or the actual return?

I submitted my taxes last night using turbo tax. It said that I'm going to receive $1015. Well I forgot to add my 1098-t, so This afternoon I amended my taxes. After doing so my refund went from 1015 to 6 dollars. Is 6 dollar an addition to what I'm originally going to receive or is 6 dollars what I'm actually getting?

  • Can her marriage be saved?

was the other guy. She was married to a porn and video game addict for 2.5 years. They separated and we had an amazing time for over a month. She went back to him and tried once for a duration of 1 week. She said it's no longer there, the marriage is dead. During her separation, she became desperate because she has so much things to do to improve her life. School, work, etc...Well she partied too much and got a DUI yesterday, now she's back with her husband the same day. I know she will never tell her husband about me and that's fine, I don't have to live with that, she does. Is this out of desperation? I miss her and I will let go of her, but I know she's making a huge mistake by going back to a place that made her unhappy. She doesn't have to be with me, I get that, but I just don't see how her marriage can work after this.

  • Do I get another chance with her?

We were friends before we started dating. We also worked in the same building so we see each other here and there. She was married to a porn, video game addict for 2.5 years. After they seperated we began seeing each other. Things moved to quickly and she ask if we could just be friends with benefits. I agreed. She tells me I'm the best kisser and in bed and that I do everything right. Then the roles switched and she got attached to me and somewhat jealous of other women, but she denies it. Long story short, she and her roomate had a fallout had to move out and which forced her to live with her husband for the time being. Because of this she admitted she should probably give her husband a second chance. She said she's been running away from her feeling instead of facing them; she needs to "work on herself."I agreed. Its now been a week and her friends told me she cannot stand kissing her husband and they both agreed to terminate the marriage. Since she moved back I barely hear from her. When she texted once, I was brief and friendly with my response. When we see each other at work, we're pretty friendly to each other, but our conversations are short. I don't intend on initiating the contact, but I do miss her. Yes our agreement was only friend with benefits but we both knew it was becoming more than that. Is it possible she misses me and we can pick up where we left off?

  • What's your take? Wait and date around or pursue her?

Please stay objective rather than being judgemental. I have been "seeing" a separeted woman for quite sometime now, but we were friends for a while before all of this happened, so we re good friends. Her husband is addicted to porn and video games and their sexual relationship is terrible according to her. We started seeing each other after she filed for separation. She doesn t want to have a relationship at the moment because she needs to figure things out and I agree, but she s always curious about my relationships with other women. I don t lie to her, she knows I have other women aside, but I would like to give her and I a try if things were different. She s not ready and I know this, but I feel like we re in a relationship already rather than friends with benefits. I can tell she s somewhat jealous, but fights it. Everything about us is right, we like the same things and we have fun together. Recently her husband came begging back and she s very unhappy about it but feels obligated to give him a shot, but she mentioned how empty she feels around him. I m a patient man and I have options when it comes to women, but I would could see myself committing to her only if she s ready. I don t force the issue although sometimes I feel like I should, but I don t. Based on everything I mentioned, is there a hope for me and her? I m thinking about calling it off until she figures it out, but I don t know what the right moves are.

  • We have two children together, can we both claim 1 child each?

My wife and I have been separated since november 2013. We never filled for legal separation since we're just going to agree on everything. For tax purposes, can we claim 1 child each and head of the house hold? Or is it more complicated than that?

  • What would her answer be?

Where to begin. I'm very interested to get to know my old neighbor, but the problem is when I use to live 3 doors down from her I was married and had a family. I've been divorce for over a year now and I'm very happy with my life. I see her now and again whenever I pick up and drop off my kids. My ex and I have moved on with our lives so it wouldn't be a problem, I just dont know if my old neighbor would feel weird about it.

  • Should I support my soon to be ex wife?

Long story short, instead fixing our marriage my wife decided to have an "emotional affair awhile back. We've been separated since then, but not officially. I've been paying my child support along with paying for most of our childrens expenses. clothes, food, enrollment etc...My wife recently told me that since we've been separated she hasn't been able to pay some of her bills and she's needing my help. I'm not exactly sure how to approach this situation. If we didn't have children together, I highly doubt I would even consider helping her, but I'm afraid her situation will effect my children. I don't want my children to live with an unhappy mother who's constantly in stress. She made a choice a long time ago to choose another man over our marriage, but at this point i'm only thinking about my children. I need some pointers.

  • When should I tell her?

I met a woman during my vacation who expressed her interest in me. We live 200 miles apart, but relocating isn't an issue. We've been talking constantly after vacation was over. We're both in the same field, hobbies, interest, values, etc... Here's the dilema. I've been divorced for a year now and i'm in a great stage of my life. Moreover I have 2 kids. I love them and I'm not ashamed of them but I want her to get to know me before I tell her more about myself. I don't know if I should just say eff it and tell her or keep talking to her and see where it goes. We're very into each other and I know it could very well work if she can except the facts. I don't know when is the right time to tell her, I've never been in this situation. What do I do?

  • Custody and child support advice.?

Where to begin...My wife is having an emotional affair(she said she loves this other guy), the marriage is pretty much done and by now I'm positive she's in a relationship with this guy. I decided to move out and stay with my parents until I can get situated. I have a full time job and attend college as well. She has a full time job and part time job. This is the tricky part. We have two children that she drops off in the morning. Since it's summer they don't attend school and stays with my parents while we're both at work. When I get off work I have couple of hours with them before I take them back to her and go to class. She pretty much see's the kids in the morning before work and around 7 o'clock she gets them back. We take turns on the weekend for now until we know exactly what to do. She wants me to pay child support right now. I really don't have any bills since I left home and stay with the parents. I left her with a brand new car that I bought and is half way paid for already and all of our possesion. I took my clothes and my lop top only. She sucks at managing her finances. Should I give her money? Our children spend most of their time with my parents. They eat breakfast, lunch, dinner with them. She see's them 2 hours before bedtime. Should I be helping her in anyway? I'm not a selfish person at all. I left her everything we owned. I understand I don't have bills, but that's because of her having an affair which forced me to leave. What do you guys think?

  • What does to index my money mean?

So, I've saved a little bit of money and I want to try the stock market. I've been trying to educate myself with the stock market, but I still have many questions. 5 months ago I open an account with Ameritrade and experimented with couple of hundred dollars. So far I've made a little bit, but I really don't know what I'm doing. I recently read an article about indexing 1/2 or 3/4 of my money I'm wanting to invest. I have $5000 I can play around in stock market. What does it mean by index my money? Clearly I have a lot of reading to do, but I thought I would ask for your opinion.

  • How to win my wife back?

Really complicated and sad story, but here it goes. Basically my wife had an emotional affair, but no sex involved, she did say she kissed him # of times. This went on for couple of months. She told me she doesn't love me anymore and doesn't see me the same way. Eventually she said she loves this other guy. I intervened (I don't know if I should have) the guy broke of the relationship and my wife is devastated. Deep down I know she is a good woman, regardless of how crappy this whole situation has been. I know we both need time to heal. I'm not a desperate fool, I can move on pretty easy with what's going on for me, but we have children together and I do still love her. I had my flaws in our marriage that pushed her away. Her affair is all on her, but I could've done better. Anyway, what is the best approach to getting her back? Or is it impossible until she get's over this devastation of losing this other guy she supposedly love? Right now she won't really talk to me unless its about our kids.

  • What if my wife can't hire a lawyer?

We're about to go through a divorce. She's been having an emotional affair and I want out. She's a good mother, but for the last 5 months her priorities have changed and her focus is to another man whom she claimed to love. I'm not the best father, but I have a full time job/school. When she decides to leave the house and comes home drunk at 4 am I'm there with the kids. I deserve my kids , not her. I recently hire dand paid a lawyer and the paper works in is the process for her to get serve. I told her about what i because I felt bad about the surprise attack that's coming her way. she has no money what so ever and she has a dinky job and will have too much bills to pay. She doesn't have no money at all to hire a lawyer. I want 50/50 custody,(she's lucky I don't go for full custody) but I want my children to live with me. What are my chances if she doesn't have the money to hire a lawyer? will she be forced to agree to my term?

  • stock market advice?

I'm trying to learning how stock market works. I started with $50 with Tdameritrade and bought some stocks with it and in 3 months the $50 grew to $123. When I sold it I receive $97. How come? why did I lose so much? Also, it took couple of days for me to get my money so I can invest again. I thought with buying and selling, it's a rather quick process. So why did it take couple of days? Is it always like that? Any other advice would be great. Thanks

  • my wife is having an emotional affair. what to do?

5 months ago, my wife told me that she made with some guy she met at her friends house, but she was really drunk. We decided to stay together and work it out. Yesterday I found out that for the last 3 months since we've been working it out, she's been having an emotional affair and every once in awhile she would hang out with this guy at his place, but haven't had sex ( i actually do believe she hasn't had sex with this guy). She also said she loves him and wanting a divorce. I know there's no stopping her and I don't even want to. My question is should i divorce her during this affair or just separate, because I have a feeling that sooner or later this will blow over and it will all be a big mistake. By the way we have two children together.

  • Should I divorce my wife?

Where to begin? We married young and this march marks our 11 years anniversary. During our first year of marriage, my wife got drunk and slept with my best friend while I was deployed. I was really angry and felt like I never truly forgave her, but we manage to it out. She's been always a good person and even a better one once we decide to stay married. For the past 10 years we had our ups and downs, but I haven't been the greatest husband. Whenever argument arise, I always manage to let my anger get the best of me(deep down I always blamed her for my anger issue from the affair). We have two children together, I work 40 hours and attend college full time. She was great wife. Because of my anger issue, I manage to push her away. She recently told me that couple of months ago she got drunk with at her girl friends house and made out with another man. She said she didn't think she could ever do that to me again, but because of our marriage problem and being drunk she made a bad choice. I have no idea what to do. she doesn't know what's the best thing to do. Do we keep fighting for it or just call it quit? She doesn't know how she truly feels about me anymore and I feel the same way, but we've been through so much and giving up now seems to be the bad option. But I don't know if I can do this any longer.
