I have a pain in like a small area of my inner left chest. I lift weights frequently so I train chest heavy 3 times a week so I thought I was just sore. It doesn’t hurt when left alone or spasm but it hurts when I touch it or am lifting. I’m resting it today cuz it hurt a lot but I wanna know what it is. 

What’s a way to test if your girlfriend is loyal or not

I do heavy compound weights 3 days a week for an hour and a half. And I do a lot of cardio on the other 3 days for 2 hours. With a rest on Sunday. What should I be eating or doing different 

I’ve decided to have a different training regimen. I do heavy compound weights on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I do a lot of footwork, cone  work and cardio for roughly 2 hours and then play soccer later on in the day for roughly 1 hour on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Will that hurt any of my muscle building progress? What should I do to be able to do my cardio and soccer workouts while being able to build muscle on the other days?
