Da... Today at sports in school, i got inspired by this german-african guy that raced like 5 sets of ten guys. And he won each race with tremondous speed, the way he emerged from all the packed runners was exhilirating. Then i challenged this guy and raced. He gapped me rapidly and left a freaking huge space between us. its not like im slow or anything. How dO THEY run so fast?? how do i train to run as fast as this.
