Why are the categories of P & G and R & S...?
...now acting as places of arguments? Most of the questions are not even real questions anymore. It's just grounds for insulting the opposing party/faith.

Violations of Y!A usage include but are not limited to:
cheating
illegal actions
misuse
insults, rants, or venting
obscenity
Yet I see examples of said violations all over Y!A.
Why would they single out one question where my response was a question against that person's question and turn a blind eye to the numerous insulters on this site?

I answered a guy's question about banishment from Runescape, and he staples my response as "best answer" and then writes "You suck, idiot."
What was the point of doing that? Honestly.
