I am going to have an appointment in US embassy for student visa ( F-1 ). one of the required document is financial support letter. before setting the appointment I have submitted a financial letter which is issued about 135 days (4.5 months ) months ago. Can I submit the same document to the embassy or I should get a new one ? how old should this document be ?

here is the story :

I like a girl who was in relationship with my friend. they decided to end the relation ( I have done nothing to bring their relationship to an end ). and now we are really good friends ( I mean with her ) for example she let me apply for universities instead of her and she totally trusts me or she share every personal issues about her and her family with me.

I know she is very cute and nice so there are many people around her try be with her. first I want to get out of the friend zone and then be in relationship with her. I need to add, recently she starts to calling and texting me.
